For each workshop, I design a custom web application that centralizes tools, prompts and AI. Your strategic work is preserved and continues to live beyond the session.

About my consulting
The most common questions about my strategic engagements
Yes. I work with executive committees, leaders and strategic teams along three axes: - AI literacy and development of the executive committee's strategic vision; - construction of an AI strategy and a 12-24 month operational roadmap; - analysis of the impacts on the company's business model and value chain.
Every engagement is tailor-made, with actionable deliverables, not a report that gathers dust.
For Comex and Codir who want a clear and shared vision of AI, for leaders who must make strategic decisions related to AI, and for organizations seeking to transform their culture without falling into either tech-utopianism or fear. From large groups to ambitious SMEs and public bodies.
Every engagement is tailor-made, but follows a four-step arc.
1. Framing: a first conversation to assess the AI maturity level of the executive committee and the company, and align on the stakes.
2. Pivot workshop: an intense workshop, designed as a true before/after for the committee, structured along three axes: - insights on AI, its strategic impact and foresight on where the tech is heading; - analysis of the impacts on your business model and value chain; - definition of an AI strategy with a first operational roadmap.
3. Follow-up workshops: occasional sessions to challenge the implementation and update the strategy as the field evolves.
4. Connected intelligence: between sessions, I keep feeding the committee with relevant sector news I come across in my ongoing intelligence work.
The custom web application I build for each engagement plays three roles: structuring the methodology specific to your engagement, facilitating real-time interaction with AI during strategic thinking, and giving the committee permanent access to everything produced during the workshops.

Four main reasons.
1. Expertise: AI research since 2012, well before ChatGPT, and author of four books including Hyperarme, which fed a European resolution proposal written by Senator Vanina Paoli-Gagin. Not a consultant who jumped on AI in 2023.
2. Transdisciplinarity: technology, philosophy, geopolitics, business and poetry are mobilised together. AI is not just a technical topic, and generalist firms often miss what is really at stake, at the intersection of meaning, strategy and technique.
3. Active pedagogy: live AI demos in every workshop (not PowerPoint), real-time challenge of your assumptions, and a custom web application created for each engagement that extends the work beyond sessions.
4. The stance: neither techno-utopian nor technophobic, but a rational wonder that helps your leaders decide without yielding to either fear or naive enthusiasm.
